Parents not receiving child support unite against deadbeat parents.
I got two support checks!
Shocking I know! He has to pay me since he wants 50% custody of my son. I am happy about the two checks though. I am a little dissapointed that they are not for the true amount owed. It looks like the arrears were not added. OH! Well

Comment by mykidisfirst on December 22, 2008 at 8:35am - He wants Him Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. You can go down to the Circuit court of Clerks and they will give you a print out of what they currently owe you.

It's great that you got some support finally. I didn't know he was going for 50% custody. I would be interested in how that works too. He still has his license right? If you call and find out what amount was to current and what was too arrears I would like to know how they work that too.
