I'm sorry to hear that. Sometimes it seems your damned if you do and damned if you don't. Hopefully he will catch up his payments today. I would just keep a diary of everything in case you need it in the future. Please let us know what happens next…

They are still supposed to "re-suspend" (if that's a word) for each offense that requires a suspension. Each suspension has it's own requirements for unsuspension.
