Do you have a lawyer or are you having the state do your CS?
If the state is suppose to have you done the paperwork with the state?
Is he paying anything now or is he just a month behind beacuse he hasn't made the approporiate payments?

I'm sorry to hear that. Sometimes it seems your damned if you do and damned if you don't. Hopefully he will catch up his payments today. I would just keep a diary of everything in case you need it in the future. Please let us know what happens next…

They are still supposed to "re-suspend" (if that's a word) for each offense that requires a suspension. Each suspension has it's own requirements for unsuspension.
