Hi my name is Cindy. I am here trying to see if there is someone out there who has seen my sons father. His Name is BOBBIE WHALEY. He was ordered to pay $260.00 a month for child support since his son was 3 years old. He is over $22,000 behind. We have not been able to find him and when we come across an address, he moves again. I am hoping there is someone out there whom has see this man. We have not seen him since his son was 5 years old, he is now 21 years old. I received some support for 2 years then nothing since then. I have raised Chris since he was born. We have made it through and will continue to make it. He is now a sophomore in college and a B+ student and I could not be any prouder of him. He has been great.
