Down with Deadbeats

Parents not receiving child support unite against deadbeat parents.

Now why dont they do this in every state/county. I would love to start one for Lee County Florida or Texas (where ever my ex is at now). Can we legally do this or should I just start one? Its not like DOR is going to help. You give them addresses (3) and still no one knows a thing. Alot of post I see, its amazing that we seem to have the same problems..the address. We give them new ones and they are still working on ones from years ago. What is wrong with this picture?

I know, I am in the same boat. My ex doesn't have a warrant/writ even though he is over 40k in arrears. I finally have a court date coming up later this month to have a writ issued on him (if he doesn't show.) It took several emails to Charlie.Crist@myflorida.com, answered by his assistant Peggy before I was even able to get this court date due to the fact that they didn't have a "good" address for my ex. I had given them a good address, but the postal verification came back negative as would mine if I were evading a debt like that!

Also, here is a sample letter to legislators asking for a most wanted deadbeat parent website in your area: http://www.downwithdeadbeats.com/forum/topics/most-wanted-deadbeat-... . I sent it and haven't had a response, but I continue to send it.
