Permalink Reply by Tammy F on June 17, 2009 at 10:32am: The court date before last (I attended) he had to pay $1000 or be detained at this time his arrears were about $30,000. The last time I was not aware of the court date so did not attend and they let him go with a "promise to pay" $1000 and his arrears were close to $40,000. He never paid the $1000 and hasn't paid since.
I believe it is very important to be at these hearings so that the court can put a face to the "paperwork".; ▶ Reply to This

I have been busy writing congressmen and the Governor as well as the President. I have sent all the letter you posted to send regarding having the photos posted on the internet. It has not kept him from going out and partying, though. I am waiting on them to serve him for a court date. I am just curious about others experiences with the court system.; ▶ Reply to This
