For my Birthday! Monday

I would like for you to call your State Representative and Senator and voice your opinion on a child support issues. For those of you in Florida I would also like you to look at the Bill of Rights for Children of Incarcerated Parents ( The one from San Fransisco), I am trying to get that Bill passed here in Florida. Every Florida Senator has a copy. FYI Arthenia Joyner is a Senator in Hillsborough County, her office is against the bill, they stated" that it might violate some of the rights of the felons if such a Bill was passed" They also told me that they would have to come up with a list of laws that they would have to report. My opinion is that if if the other parent of your child breaks the law(minus minor traffic laws and parking tickets) the other parent should know. Especailly if that parent is actively visiting the child. I decided to work on getting a law passed when I found out my ex was on probation and had a suspended license. He did not tell me and was driving my son around without insurance.and a suspended license. My son is young and he is not verbal enough to tell anyone how to get a hold of mommy yet. I am just trying to keep him safe. Michael Scionti is a state representative in Hillsborough County, he is supportive of the Bill. The bill is on his list of Bills he would like to submit. He can only submit six bills. Please call your state representative and tell them that Michael Scionti has this Bill on his list and ask them to support him in submitting it. Thank You in advance.
