Florida Child Support

I am trying to find out any information anyone can give me on the State of Florida's child support system. I currently live in Alabama and since 2005 have been trying to get the state of Florida to enforce my case. Don't get me wrong they do enforce it with a slap on the wrist. But this time was different I went to court on September 10, 2009 the NCP was ordered to pay a purge amount, which was never paid. I have asked the state for enforcement but am getting no where. This man owes me back child support over 30 grand and every time I have to go back to court its like, honestly I feel nothing is being done. Its the same old story, $150 pay your support which is never done and a year later after me fighting the state daily Im back in court with the same old song and dance. Is there any way that I can get this state to actually help me?
