Parents not receiving child support unite against deadbeat parents.
DL suspension question
Does anyone know what the State of Florida does if someone's license is already suspended, and they don't pay child support? Do they still take that step in enforcement, or skip it as a moot point, since they don't have the privilege anyway?

They are still supposed to "re-suspend" (if that's a word) for each offense that requires a suspension. Each suspension has it's own requirements for unsuspension.

That won't matter to my husband, it's been suspended for more than 5 years, and he doesn't seem to care.
