Parents not receiving child support unite against deadbeat parents.
Any advice?
Since my husband and I are just now starting the divorce (CS was ordered as part of a DV Injunction) process, and he is already more than a month of payments behind. Is there anything that any of you have learned in dealing with the court/CSE/other parent, that you think would be helpful for me to consider while working on the divorce papers?

1 month behind unfortunately is not a big deal to the CS people. A big deal to us but not cs. I would look up your counties parenting plans and go from there. I am really sorry you are going through this.
