Parents not receiving child support unite against deadbeat parents.
I have a judgement but no compliance
the father has paid nothing since a judgement was rendered. He is self employed with lots of shells. Its an out of state issue. The state has no indication if his license is in the state but they have a passport warning. i know he has other passports but i am unsure if he uses his name. I had a trail of some activities because he left an electronic footprint of global travel for a while. what can I do to help the state excercise compliance. He rarely responds to cell call, text messages, or emails. I really do not understand how it unravelled this way but I really could benefit from some relief. i am more blessed than many but the stress of uncertainty and ensuring i am addressing my childs development when there is no nearby social network takes so much prayer. I can find the relatives either. I reached a cousin last week but i approach with caution.

You would think that DC would have a state reciprocate program with Italy since it is our capitol and the US does not currently have any agreements with Italy.

The case worker indicated that his superiors will not pursue this on a Federal level. I am too exhausted mentally to draft a letter to the mayor on it but I will try that next.
